This project was a collaboration with the studio of Newton and Helen Harrison and the University of California, Santa Cruz, aimed at raising radical awareness of the fragility of living systems and geographic paradigms amid climate change. The initiative explored future scenarios through a compelling blend of art and science, combining exhibitions, immersive experiences, and dialogues with political leaders across multiple countries.
The artist's trajectory is long and significant, being pioneers in disruptive art that blended science, geography and experiential installations, starting in the 1960's
I created a living symbol, where there is a constant and a variable. It is based on the rationale that a system can be represented by a simple circle. Disruption in the equilibrium of the system is represented by a slanted cut, which opens a window of opportunity.
