
I collaborated with Honda’s internal teams to create a brand system that embodies Honda Design Thinking. The project included designing a logo, color palettes, grids, typographic standards, and custom graphics, all aligned with Honda’s brand heritage and sophisticated aesthetic. The initiative empowers teams across the company to drive innovation, regardless of their role or position.
My contributions began with developing a logo that references the design thinking process while also functioning as an abstract, minimalist, and universally recognizable symbol. I also designed simple visual metaphors to help teams understand and apply the methodology effectively. In addition, I created guidelines, templates, motion graphics, and other learning materials to ensure a consistent and engaging rollout of the system across the company.
The initiative required alignment from various teams at Honda, and it warranted an approach that was suitable across cultural nuances. The outcome was a solid, practical set of assets that helped engineers and other employees become comfortable with design thinking, specially tailored for Honda.
